Ms. Marianna Blampama

Marianna is a leading international development expert in Africa with over 20 years of experience. She currently serves as Deputy Regional Director Africa at Pact, with prior experience as Country Director for Pact Tanzania and as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Embassy of Switzerland in Tanzania. Marianna holds a Masters in International Health and a Masters in Business Administration. She is also a sought-after consultant and speaker in leadership, personal development, and organizational strategy.

In recognition of her strategic leadership and commitment to driving positive change across Africa, Marianna was recognized with a Top Women in Management Africa award in 2022.
